How we handle your information

This is the direct-booking site for a single short-term rental — our Midtown Houston home. You can browse photos, amenities, and location, then submit a request for specific dates. We reply by email to confirm availability and send a payment link.

When you submit a booking request, you provide:

• Your name and email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Requested check-in and check-out dates and number of guests
• Any message you choose to include

We also receive standard request information (such as your IP address and browser user-agent) when you load the site, and aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics about page visits. You can opt out of analytics from your browser on our opt-out page.

• To respond to your booking request and arrange your stay
• To send the payment link and check-in instructions
• To answer questions you send us by email

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We only contact you about your inquiry or stay.

Booking requests are stored in our managed database and are accessible only to Stay Palm Getaways. We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site — for hosting, the database, and to deliver our reply emails. These providers process data only on our behalf to run the service.

We don't take payment on this site. When we confirm your dates, we'll send a payment link from our payment processor and the transaction happens on their secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.

• The site is served only over HTTPS.
• Database access is restricted by row-level security so that guest-submitted booking requests can be created from the form but are not publicly readable.
• Administrative access to bookings requires authentication.
• We keep the platform and dependencies updated and rely on our hosting and database providers for infrastructure-level protections.

We keep booking requests for as long as needed to manage your inquiry and stay, and afterwards for a reasonable period for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

• Unsubscribe from any non-essential email we send you.
